MXgraphics Return & Refund Policy

At MXgraphics, we strive to provide high-quality products and transparent policies. Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, we do not accept returns. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Decal Production

MXgraphics offers both customizable decals and pre-designed decals.

• Most orders are printed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

• Printed decals require a 24-hour curing period before they are laminated, cut, and packaged.

• Total processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Customizable Decals

All customizable decal orders are made specifically for you.

• All sales are final.

• Orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned after they have been placed.

• Please carefully review your design, bike model, colors, and personalization before submitting your order.

Pre-Designed Decals

Order Cancellation

Pre-designed decal orders may be canceled before they enter production or ship.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and order preparation costs.

After Shipment

Once a pre-designed decal has shipped, the sale is final.

No refunds or returns will be accepted after shipment.

No Returns

MXgraphics does not accept returns on any products.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an item has entered production or has shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If we determine the issue was our error, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if the error was caused by MXgraphics.
