  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Custom products cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once an order has been placed.

  • Pre-designed products may only be canceled before production begins and are subject to any applicable cancellation fee described in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • No returns are accepted unless required by applicable law.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing our Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for convenience only.

MXgraphics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
