MXgraphics Shipping Policy

At MXgraphics, every order is made with care and printed to order. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All graphics and decals are printed to order.

  • Orders are typically processed and produced within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $60 USD or more.

  • Orders under $60 USD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

After your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

MXgraphics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

MXgraphics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue, but carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
